From Here 2 Marrs is a comtemporary Christian Band from Hammond, Louisiana.  The band was established in November of 2007 and has made their way into many churches and various events in the surrounding areas.

You can not truly put their music into a category.  Between Blues, Folk, and Rock, From Here 2 Marrs uses their musical training and unique lyric style to inspire and provoke change. 

All of the musicians are trained in music from various schools.  Listen to any songs off their first studio release "Paint the Sky", and you will soon find catchy musical hooks and an extremely distinct imagery.  Many listeners have found inspiration in just the music alone.  With rock solid lyrics driven by the truth found in scripture, any listener is sure to find songs that meet them where they are.
